The BlackBox-85 portable waste management system is a portable all-in-one waste disposal solution. It comes with a commercial grade portable wastewater tank and an automated centrifugal pump system.

The BLACKBOX-85 portable waste station is an ideal waste disposal solution for portable cabins, portable offices, and for recreational vehicles used as an additional semi-permanent dwelling. It is a great solution to move waste water from a portable building to a suitable drain located on a suburban or rural property, building site, holiday batch etc.

BLACKBOX-85 Portable Waste Management System – Performance

The BLACKBOX-85 pump (manufacturers specs) will pump fluids up to 100 metres in distance or up to a head height of 8 metres (we recommend working on 80 metres distance or 6 metres head height – best to be conservative with toilet waste). The pump has a flow diameter of 40mm. It is recommended that 40mm alkathene pipe or 40mm pressure pipe is connected to the BLACKBOX-85 outlet.

BLACKBOX-85 Portable Waste Management System – Overview

[1] A BLACKBOX85 is generally installed on the outside of a building or recreational vehicle, but can be installed inside a building or a boat).
[2] Waste water from kitchen, bathroom and toilet drain into a 85 litre holding tank. Within the holding tank is a large capacity centrifugal pump  (750 Watt 15,000 litres per hour flow rate) with a built in float switch. When the level of fluid in the holding tank reaches a certain level, a float automatically activates/turns on the pump. The pump then sucks out the waste water through a 40mm diameter outlet pipe. When the fluid in the holding tank drops to a certain level, the float switch drops and deactivates/turns off the pump.
